Booking & Payment

A non-refundable deposit may be required to reserve your session date and time. A booking is not fully confirmed until the deposit is paid and the session details are approved. Remaining balances must be paid before or at the time of the session unless otherwise agreed.

Starting Prices & Final Pricing

Starting prices listed on the website are base rates and may not represent the final total. Final pricing may vary depending on session type, location, travel distance, coverage time, number of outfit changes, creative setup, editing needs, number of final edited images, rush delivery, video requests, or additional services.

Photography Services

Freddy Photography LLC offers portrait photography, lifestyle photography, senior and graduation photos, headshots, personal branding, weddings, events, real estate photo and video, sports photography, business media, and creative content in Blue Springs, Kansas City, Lee’s Summit, Independence, Overland Park, Olathe, and nearby areas.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

Rescheduling may be possible depending on availability, weather, and notice given. Outdoor sessions may need to be rescheduled due to rain, unsafe conditions, or poor lighting. If a client cancels or does not attend the scheduled session, the deposit may be forfeited.

Session Time & Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for arriving on time, being prepared for the session, and communicating any special requests before the scheduled date. Late arrival may reduce available session time and may not reduce the final price.

Final Images & Editing

Final images are professionally edited before delivery. Clients may review a preview gallery and select the images they want professionally edited and delivered, depending on the selected package or service. Additional edited images may be available for purchase after gallery review.

Unedited Photos & RAW Files

Unedited photos and RAW files are not delivered or sold. Every final image is professionally edited before delivery to maintain consistent quality, color, lighting, and Freddy Photography’s professional style.

Delivery Timeline

Turnaround time depends on the type of session, number of final edited images, editing level, video needs, and current workload. An estimated delivery timeline will be discussed before or after the session. Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee when scheduling allows.

Image Usage & Copyright

Freddy Photography LLC retains copyright ownership of all images created during the session. Clients receive permission to use final delivered images for personal use, social media, websites, profiles, or standard promotional use depending on the session type. Commercial advertising, resale, publication, or extended business usage may require additional permission or licensing.

Travel & Location

Sessions may be available in studio by appointment, outdoors, or on location. Travel fees may apply depending on distance, parking, access, permits, or special location requirements.

Weather, Safety & Unexpected Issues

Freddy Photography LLC may reschedule or adjust a session if weather, safety concerns, illness, equipment issues, property access, or unexpected circumstances affect the ability to complete the session properly.

Agreement

By booking a session, submitting payment, or using Freddy Photography LLC services, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
