Freddy Photography LLC provides professional photography and media services, not standard physical retail products. Because photography sessions require reserved time, planning, preparation, travel, creative direction, equipment use, and professional editing, refund policies are designed to be fair to both the client and the photographer.

Deposits
A non-refundable deposit may be required to reserve your session date and time. Deposits are non-refundable because they secure time on the calendar and allow Freddy Photography LLC to prepare for your photography session.

Cancellations
If a client cancels a confirmed session, the deposit may be forfeited. Any refund of additional payments will depend on the amount of work already completed, time reserved, expenses, travel, editing progress, and the specific situation.

Rescheduling
Rescheduling may be possible depending on availability and notice given. Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled due to weather, unsafe conditions, or poor lighting. Rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible.

Completed Sessions
Once a photography session, event, or media service has been completed, payments are generally non-refundable. This includes the photographer’s time, planning, equipment use, location preparation, creative direction, and editing work.

Digital Files & Edited Images
Due to the custom nature of digital photography and professional editing, delivered digital images, galleries, videos, and edited files are not eligible for return. If there is a technical issue with file delivery, Freddy Photography LLC will make reasonable efforts to correct or resend the files.

Additional Edited Images
Additional edited images selected after gallery review are custom digital products and are non-refundable once editing has started or files have been delivered.
